Investment In Your Health Is $50.00 Per Month For At Lease A 6 Month Period Of Time. If Membership Is Canceled Prior To The Six Month Time Period, There Is A $100 Cancellation Fee. If Appointment Is Missed Without 24 Hour Notice You Forfeit You Treatment For That Month. If For Some Reason You Decide Not To Come In One Month Your Treatment Credits Will Be Banked To Use For Yourself, Your Friend Or Family Member To Use The Following Month,
